Our cuisine is created by combining the great Cucina Italiana with diverse Asian flavours, using products sourced from the local Lake Constance region. The food – which is served on atmospheric porcelain and produced by chef de cuisine Toni Neumann – has been awarded one Michelin star, as well as 16 points by the Gault Millau.
