Head chef Toni Neumann
Born in Halle, Toni loves to play with textures and flavours yet always prefers the simple, pure and straightforward nature of the produce. He worked at the VILLINO as a young cook and then later returned to Lake Constance in 2012, following a number of other jobs. With his subtlety and inventiveness, he is able to combine the culinary art of Japan’s coastline with the tangible character of northern Italy. Always to the great pleasure of his guests, not to mention the Gault Millau and the Michelin Guide.
